Skepticism is a huge hindrance to progress. There's an old saying "it's too good to be true" but how do you know what's true without investigating it? No success was achieved overnight and no person ever got rich off a "sure thing". Imagine the resentment felt by the people who declined to invest $500 into the startup of what we now know as Wal-Mart... Drop your inhibitions and reach for something great. It's like air, just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. Think of the things we recklessly spend money on daily, weekly, monthly that bring us no opportunity for increase. Hair, nails, drinking and smoking seem to hold more weight than investing. Why is that? When the hair changes, the nails are refilled and the buzz wears off, there's nothing tangible remaining. Think of the pleasure in spending your money and seeing it continue to work for you. CEO's and big wigs sit back and make the most money while the people in the trenches making the least do the most work. Be in a CEO state of mind. Make your money work for you, don't just work for your money. Think about it...
